"WE
recorded two songs which turned
out so well that we decided
to form a Blondie tribute band as a result," says 'Lisa'.
"The two songs were 'X Offender' and 'In The Flesh',
tracks 6 & 7 on our CD" (see the
section for the full track listing and MP3s).
"We had only one rehearsal and spent only one day
to record and mix! We think this contributes for a pretty raw live sound!
It was recorded and mixed at 'House In The Woods' recording studio, Caterham.
A well known and used studio which has sadly closed now and is most definitely
missed."

has been a huge fan of Blondie since they first arrived on the punk scene,
Debbie Harry being her biggest idol: "She's one cool chick!".
Lisa originally trained as a classical ballet dancer,
attending Grandison College, Elmhurst Ballet School and later, Bush Davies
Ballet School. Having given up dancing due to an ankle injury she hoped
to pursue a career in acting. During her last school days at a local comprehensive
Lisa planned to apply for a place at drama school, while training in a
Croydon salon, then later working cutting hair.
Lisa met Martin at
a "Sigue-Sigue Sputnik" gig at the former venue "The Underground" in Croydon
(Martin had previously gigged there in 1985 with the band "Blood and Roses").
They got married eight months later and concentrated on the business of
earning a crust and family life! They have three kids. Always having hoped
to do a music project together, they finally made the time for it and
got in touch with...

who Martin had played in bands with years before.
At that time, Simon was playing in "The Long Men" with Bruce (and still
is!). At around ten years old Simon started playing guitar. As a teenager
he played in various bands, including "The Exit" (with Martin), "These
Cars Collide", "Those Lovely Fluffy Bunnies", "The Riffs" and "Fall for
Alice". Simon has a wife and two kids.

He started playing the guitar when

which later evolved into "Big Red Gun".
They played alongside other bands
such as "Hannoi Rocks" and
"New Model Army" at venues
like The Brixton Academy
and Sheffield University.
Bruce moved to London
in 1987 and subsequently
played in various bands.
For the last six years
he's been playing

had played in various bands before his long "family" break!
He also plays in another band, "The 'OL Dirty Bar Stars", Croydon-based
covers band. He played in "The Exit" along with Simon who was fifteen
years old then. Martin has a powerful drum sound, which has been much
sought after over the years. He played in the "Oi" Ska band "Case", which
played live in concert on Radio One. In the early eighties; they also
featured in session on the Kid Jensen show. Sadly the band parted ways
after managerial problems etc...(you know, same old shite...blah-blah-blah!!)
He went on to play with "Blood and Roses" in the mid-eighties - they reached
No. 4 in the UK album charts and also did well in Europe. Before Martin
joined Blood and Roses, Paul Cook, (of the Sex Pistols) was asked to drum
on their album, he was playing with the Chiefs of Relief at this point,
(ex Bow Wow Wow). When the producer heard the drum track for the Chiefs
of Relief, he asked if Martin would do the drumming on the Blood and Roses
album instead, but using Paul Cook's name for the publicity! Martin refused,
but ended up doing the album anyway and their drummer. The band split
up when the bass player left to become a successful music producer and
has since produced stuff like E.M.F's "Unbelievable".
