From a series of sketches (click on the thumbnails below) based on black and white photographs taken of an interior room setting.

This marks a change of direction in respect of subject matter, resulting in much 'softer' and more loosely drawn images.

One or two of these sketches have been developed further as paintings, for example the acrylic painting ‘Blanket on Armchair’ and the digital painting 'Corner of Room'.
