‘Still Life’ was originally a duo (Jon Newby and Ian Campbell) signed to RCA’s Regard record label. Their first single ‘Away From This Town’ had some success in the USA.

The drummer (Paul Barratt), bass player (Tim Bradley) and keyboard player (Mark Reeves) were later added to perform the songs live at venues throughout the UK.

This poster advertised dates for gigs in and around their local area which were slotted in between appearances with ‘Culture Club’, ‘Sad Café’ and ‘Roman Holliday’.
