PIANO & KEYBOARD STUDENTS' CONCERT
Wednesday 16th November 2011

This year's concert was held once again at Brighton Road Baptist Church in Horsham,
West Sussex. The quality of musicianship was very high amongst the 23 performers ranging from 6 to 18 years of age. The audience was treated to a wonderful evening of piano and keyboard music of various styles including student's own compositions and culminating in an entertaining piano duet finale.

Each student's performance was recorded digitally onto minidisc and then converted to a compilation CD (see pictures below). All proceeds from the sale of CDs (priced at £5.00 each)
will be donated to the BBC Children in Need Appeal.

Now that all of the sponsorship money has been collected, the grand total
to be donated to the BBC Children in Need Appeal is:

£901.00

Many thanks to all the students who made a fantastic effort to obtain as much sponsorship  money as possible. Considering the difficult economic climate at the moment, this is a magnificent achievement.

Thanks also to the kind people who contributed additional raffle prizes and to those who provided cakes and biscuits.
