Dear Friend,

Thank you so much for your kind donation to The BBC Children in Need Appeal 2008. Every year we are humbled by your generosity and creativity in raising money for thousands of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK who need your help. We hope that while you were 'Doing Something Different' for BBC Children in Need you also had lots of fun!

If you'd like to find out more about how the money raised positively changes lives, log onto bbc.co.uk/pudsey where you will find lots of photos and stories of the children and young people that you have helped. For every penny you donated, a penny will go towards projects helping disadvantaged children and young people in the UK. We are able to make this promise because the charity uses its investment income to cover all operational costs.

If you haven't already signed up to receive our annual fundraising pack, don't forget to send us your address so we can post you one next year. Similarly if you received a pack through the post this year and would rather not receive one next year, you can let us know by emailing Pudsey@bbc.co.uk or by writing to us at the address on this letter.

Once again many thanks from the team and on behalf of all the children we help to support. We are consistently amazed and delighted by the extraordinary lengths our supporters go to. We just couldn't continue our work without you!
