along with the following information:
"A
SPECIAL concert was held at Trinity Church Hall in Rushams Road,
Horsham, in order to raise money for The Children's Trust based
in Tadworth.
Twenty
talented piano and keyboard students aged eight to 17 from the Horsham
and Crawley area played a selection of music from Bach and Beethoven
to jazz and blues to an enthralled audience of family members and
friends.
Horsham
Piano Centre supplied a Yamaha grand piano for the evening on May
14 which was generously sponsored by Dr Hwa-Lon Liu of Holbrook
Surgery. Angelus Violins of Storrington sponsored the music-themed
raffle prizes.
The
concert, which also coincided with National Doughnut Week, ran very
smoothly thanks to the help of Angela and Clive Jones of Storrington.
Organiser
of the event, Mark Reeves, who has a private teaching practice based
in Horsham, praised all his students for playing to a very high
standard."

Dear
Mr Reeves
Thank
you from everyone at The Children's Trust for your kind donation
of £327 raised at your Piano & Keyboard students' concert
in support of National Doughnut Week. Please pass on our thanks
to all your students who took part and helped to raise much needed
funds for our work.
The
Children's Trust is a fantastic charity, we transform the lives
of the most disabled children in the UK by providing care, education
and therapy. We also provide rehabilitation services to children
with an acquired brain injury.
One
of our current challenges is to raise £7.2m to build a new
national rehabilitation centre for children with acquired brain
injuries. Our new centre will be a wonderful purpose designed environment
where these children - from all across the UK - can come to receive
round the clock medical care and still enjoy space to play and be
with their families.
You
can find out about what we do or how you can get involved by taking
a look at our website - www.thechildrenstrust.org.uk.
Thank
you once again for all your fundraising efforts for the Trust; your
support really will change the lives of the very special children
in our care. If you need any further information or resources please
do not hesitate to get in touch - I would be only too delighted
to hear from you.
With
kind regards,
Lisa
Tingley
