PIANO & KEYBOARD STUDENTS' CONCERT

Well done to everyone who took part in the concert and a big thank you to
all of you who collected sponsorship money, which amounted to an amazing £323.50

With all the money from the raffle, the Pudsey scratchcards and donations for food and refreshments, we managed to raise £494.36 in total.

Here is what the BBC wrote in response to our donation:

Dear Supporter

Thank you so much for your very kind and generous donation to the BBC Children in Need Appeal 2007. We're hoping to exceed last year's total of £33million and from the success of the Appeal night show and donations we've received so far, it's looking good!

For every penny you donate, a penny will go towards projects helping disadvantaged children and young people in the UK. We are able to make this promise because the charity uses its investment income to cover all operational costs.

Your donation will be spent helping to fund projects within the next nine months and so, effectively, at the time of next year's Appeal we will have zero in the bank so will need to ask for your support once again.

We look forward to sending you a fundraising pack again next year but if for any reason you don't wish to receive one, please do let us know by emailing us at pudsey@bbc.co.uk or writing to us at the address below.
